Pushkar Mahadev Trust
1. GENERAL POLICY OVERVIEW
Pushkar Mahadev Trust (PMT) is a non-profit organization working to promote social, spiritual, and
environmental causes. We are committed to maintaining transparency, accountability, and ethical
standards in all our financial transactions, including donations received via our official website, in
person events, or any other authorized channels.
This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which a refund may or may not be granted and
aims to protect the interests of both the donor and the Trust
2. NATURE OF DONATIONS
All donations made to PMT are voluntary contributions towards our registered charitable activities
and missions. Donations once made are generally considered final and non-refundable, as they are
used for ongoing or upcoming public-benefit projects that rely on continuity of funding
3. NON-REFUNDABLE DONATIONS
PMT follows a strict "No Refund" policy for the majority of donations received unless a valid and
justifiable reason is presented within the allowed timeframe (explained in Section 5 below).

under rare extenuating circumstances.

- General donations towards trust funds or causes
